Recent U.S. government efforts to extend the reach and impact of U.S. export controls and economic sanctions offers potential lessons regarding current and future legal risks.  Matt Lapin and Sunny Yang of PorterWright will share current enforcement trends and risks, as well as discuss future legislative and regulatory activities impacting compliance risks.
